| We are happy to board all your family pets, but request that you provide the food and housing for any pet other than a dog or cat. |

| Any medical expenses incurred during your pet’s stay are the responsibility of the owner. |

| All fees are payable in full at time of pick-up. We accept Cash, Check, and all major Credit Cards. |

| A 50 % deposit is required for all training programs and stays longer than 1 week. |

| Please make reservations well in advance to assure accommodations |
| (especially during the summer months, holidays and school vacations). |
| |
| We require 24- hour notice for cancellations. |
| |
| We accept long-term boarders and offer reduced rate for stays of 30 days or more. |
| |
| There is a minimum charge for board of $20.00 for dogs and $10.00 for cats. This is to cover the washing of beds, dishes and the disinfecting of rooms which is done before a new guest arrives. |
