Health Statement
Prior to registration please review the following Health Statement.
In order to maintain the health of all our pet guests, all guests must meet the following immunization requirements. Upon check-in, proof of current immunizations will be needed.
Rabies is required for every Pet on the property by State Law. They must be up to date there are no exceptions granted for dogs or cats over the age of 16 weeks.
Immunizations for Dogs:
Rabies, Parvo Virus, Distemper, and Bordetella (Canine Cough). Negative fecal exams are required within 6 months prior to the visit. We also require your town dog license.
Influenza is recommended not required, for frequent visitors such as Daycare clients. A 6-month Bordetella schedule is recommended.
Dogs commonly contract kennel cough at places where large amounts of canines congregate, such as Vets Offices, Boarding and Daycare facilities, Dog Parks, Training Groups, and Dog Shows.
Immunizations for Cats:
Rabies and Feline Distemper and Lukimia
Any inoculation update should be completed at least 10 days prior to boarding. Please note that we always defer to your vet’s recommendations for your pet.
If your pet is taking medications, please provide written instructions for its use.

How do I get my pet's vaccination, health certificate, and age information to Camelot?
You can email us a copy, snail mail, or bring it with you when you come in.
Do you administer medication?
My pet is diabetic and requires shots?
Yes, we charge $10.00 per injection, but please consider the environment may change your pet’s dosage requirements.
Can my pet catch a disease by being boarded with other animals?
What do you do if my pet becomes ill?
Is someone at the kennel 24 hours a day? What happens in case of an emergency?

Who will take care of my pet's while they are in your care?
Camelot is staffed, by professional, caring, concerned, and loving caretakers. Jennifer and Lindsey, our owners, live on the property. Jennifer and Lindsey are supported by our hand-picked and well-trained camp staff.
Will you exercise my dog during his stay at Camelot?
Where do the dogs go during inclement weather?
Can all my pets stay together in the same suite?

Do you offer group play for boarding dogs?
Yes, we have several options available ranging from 30 minutes daily to all day.
Can I visit my pet while I am boarding with you?
